Senator Halford, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 264                    
An Act limiting the authority of courts to suspend the imposition              
of sentence in criminal cases.  Without objection, the bill was                
referred to the Rules Committee.
